しばらくずっとレンタルサーバおよびMovabletypeが何とかならないものかといろいろ試してみたのだけれども、どうにもDreamHostの機能（と値段）に慣れると、他のホスティング会社に乗り移る気がなくなる。当面はDreamHostで何とかするしかない。
というわけで、一応DreamHostのサポートにメールを出して訊いてみた。プランをアップグレードさせれば何とかなるものですかね？と。
Dear your operators,
Now I’m using “Level 1” plan, but sometimes the server works very slowly. (maybe cause of heavy load.)
So If I upgrade my plan to Level 2, 3 or 4, is this situation changed better?
To be concrete, is there any difference for account numbers of the plan levels? If there is difference, I would like to upgrade my plan for more convenience.I hope your kindly answer for my question.

Upgrading your hosting plan will not affect the server speed. What happens when you upgrade your hosting plan, is that the plan itself changes, but the server that your domains are hosted on does not. So, upgrading your hosting plan has no affect on this.
